Atop the hill Montpelier will be decked out in pine, evergreen, and lights. We invite families to join their friends and neighbors beginning at dusk each night for a sparkling drive-through experience at Knox Museum beginning December 3, 2021 – January 7, 2022. This outdoor display of lighted trees, garlands and candles will be a complementary bookend to Thomaston’s Mall of illuminated trees on the opposite end of town. Enjoy the experience from the warmth of your car and come back many times throughout the holiday season at your leisure and convenience.
Imagine yourself dressed for cocktails. Now imagine yourself, cocktails, plates of savories and sweets in hand in the loveliest historic house museum in the Midcoast. Preview the pristinely decorated grand rooms, heavily laden tables of treats, and colonial party punches as you enjoy the music of All that Jazz. Join us at Montpelier and party like it is 1799.
