USAF Major and Air National Guard pilot, and acclaimed author Mary Jennings (M.J.) Hegar, with 3 tours of duty, the Purple Cross, and the Distinguished Flying Cross with Valor under her belt, will deliver this year’s keynote address at 2017’s Boots on the Ground on Saturday, May 27, starting at 11 am.
